In 2006, two brothers, Rikesh and Vrijesh Patel, along with their wives, Dipali and Krishna, set out with a simple yet powerful idea: to bring the vibrant flavors of Indian street food to life in America. Inspired by their deep-rooted love for food and family, they started small with homemade samosas and fresh sugarcane juice. Little did they know, this humble beginning would blossom into a cherished destination for food lovers far and wide.

But Neehee’s was never just about the food; it was about family. The name itself tells a story close to hearts, a combination of their daughters’ names, Niyati and Heeya. In Sanskrit, ‘Niyati’ means destiny, and ‘Heeya’ means ‘of the heart’; a beautiful reflection of the journey they were destined to take, driven by passion and love.
