- Journee Reward Program is free to join; account and notes are non-transferable.
- Points earned in the Wanderer tier are not eligible for free food redemption.
- Wanderer points carry forward and become redeemable only after qualifying for the Taster tier.
- Free food redemption and category unlocks are available from the Taster tier onwards.
- Members earn Ꞥ10–Ꞥ15 per $1 depending on Culinary Status; Notes expire 365 days from when earned.
- Notes can be redeemed for select menu items; they have no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers.
- Menu items and rewards may vary; Neehee’s may change or substitute perks at any time.
- Birthday Rewards are valid for one-time use only during your birthday week.
- Exclusive perks such as merch, dinners, special events, and sweepstakes entries are subject to pre-registration.
- Neehee’s may suspend or modify the program at any time.
